Max Performance is proud to announce its 2010 Winter training schedule.  The dates and times of various training sessions are listed below.  In order to sign-up and secure a spot in one of Max Performance’s Winter sessions, please download and complete this application.  Any athlete who is new to Max Performance will also have to receive a sport screen from one of our licensed physcial therapists.  You can schedule a sport screen by calling (719) 444-0381. 

Winter Training at Max Performance

2010 Winter Training Times:

1st Session:  January 11, 2010 – February 19, 2010

2nd Session:  February 22, 2010 – April 2, 2010

Both sessions will have training times beginning at 3 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM and 6 PM.  Two day and three day programs are available.

2-day Program = $215
3-day Program = $325

Sign up before New Year’s and receive a discount! (February 8th for 2nd session)

Adult Training sessions will follow the same schedule as above with training times at 6 AM and 7 AM.  Adult training sessions will also be available in a two day or three day program.
